Energy drinks: a risk for the teenagers

I'm sure that a lot people had already try the energy drinks and some are addict of it, just because we are in an old where we spend a lot of our energy and we need to be always on the top. For that we have discovered a solution and this are the energy drinks. But what we really know about it kinds of products?

Health researchers have identified a surprising new predictor for risky behaviour among teenagers and young adults: Super-caffeinated energy drinks, with names like Red Bull, Monster, Full Throttle and Amp, have surged in popularity in the past decade. About a third of 12-to 24-year-olds say they regularly down energy drinks

The trend has been the source of growing concern among health researchers and school officials. Around the country, the drinks have been linked with reports of nausea, abnormal heart rhythms and emergency room visits.
